Coca-Cola launched its global ‘move to the beat’ campaign for the London 2012 Olympic games. The campaign was fronted by famed musicians, Mark Ronson and Katy B. It also featured a plethora of Olympic medal hopeful athletes from around the world. As part of the campaign Coca cola commissioned artists to create a ‘beat wall’ that impacted the local community with the Olympic park serving as a fitting backdrop. WeareHQ was asked to conduct the photography shoots with Mark Ronson, Katy B at the unveiling of the beat wall and images for press. Images from our shoot served as the global ‘hero shot’ for the campaign. The photography was also part of the Coca Cola press images throughout the campaign, and appeared on numerous advertising and communication websites as well as the official Coca Cola website.
