In 2013 adidas Originals approached WeAreHQ, and tasked the WeAreHQ team with capturing the footwear imagery for adidas Originals press and social and digital channels for 2014. There were a number of marquee retro models that were being re-released that had great narratives and have greatly impacted popular culture. The imagery that we captured aptly conveyed the individual narrative of each shoe whilst displaying the balance of adidas’ rich history and new technological advances in the product that were being released. The WeAreHQ team orchestrated and arranged photo shoots across various cities in the world that ranged from Berlin to Dubai.
