Nike’s mysterious new project deemed “The Pool” has finally been revealed.
Seems they are building yet another epic skatepark after the success of last years Tunnel Jam, and inviting the worlds best pros to ride it… Then open it to the public.
Nike 6.0 have taken over a public swimming pool in Dagenham East London to create a world class BMX park, believe me when I say it is amazing (I never exaggerate). The Pool, as the project is aptly named, will be live for 30 days before the council demolishes the site as they have a new ‘modern’ swimming pool already being created.
On May 14th there will be the main event with ten of the world’s best BMX riders competing in a team competition made up of four riders per team. Check for more info here Given free rein to choose three additional riders to make up their team of four, here are the team captains:

From May 15th, for a month Nike will be opening the venue to the general public with BMX bikes for people to use for free.
